The United States of America vs two men who defended their country in critical times and are now being bullied by the very same country they were defending. All this over a time stamp on an envelope, that was very literally less than 15 minutes late.
These men have met or exceeded demands placed on them in order to operate their business. They have paid their taxes and filed all of the appropriate paper work. They have been harassed and bullied and have been limited access to their business and place of residence. This is the treatment they get for putting their precious lives on the line. Sound ridiculous??? I assure you, it is very true.
Please help GEROGE KORNEC and PHIL NAPPO to fight this incredible fight. They have not been allowed to advance in business as planned, regardless of their efforts. They have very limited funds and are running out of resources. Everyone will be affected by the outcome of this case, from the occasional hiker to the hobby miner, we will all be limited access to the forest if these men do not win.
